FINALLY Senate President Dominick Ruggerio is fed up with RIPTA CEO Avedisian

It took a while but FINALLY Senate President Dominick Ruggierio has lost patience with top RIPTA management led by CEO Avedisian. As a regular RIPTA rider I see laziness and neglect and INCOMPETENCE every day I ride a RIPTA bus. The view from Kennedy Plaza is especially damning . The fish rots from the head down !
