A regular RIPTA rider should be able to go anywhere in virtual CITY STATE Rhode Island
The small practically CITY STATE of Rhode Island should make it unnecessary for anybody to absolutely need a privately owned car. A regular RIPTA rider should be able to go any place , to any town, to , to any beach , to any college campus , to any restaurant , bar room , or public library in Rhode Island.
