There is a recognized RIGHT TO BE HOMELESS but no recognized RIGHT TO A HOME

Sad that all this capitalist society has to offer the chronic homeless is the false assurance of " shelter " instead of a HOME . It it easy for a democratic socialist to understand this strange impasse on removing defiant homeless individuals from squalid highway underpasses. The idea of BOURGEOIS law is that you have a recognized RIGHT TO BE HOMELESS ( your person and papers and such " private property " that you possess have certain legal protection) . But NOT above your right to be homeless is any right to a HOME ! As long as landlord -capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHT is sacrosanct there will be no solution to the HOMELESS IN AMERICA crisis.
