As non-driver, senior citizen RIPTA BUS rider I must regularly frequent Kennedy Plaza in downtown Providence. Apart from Kennedy Plaza other communities in Rhode Island show much more self-respect in keeping a CLEAN , CIVILIZED appearance. This horrible, disgusting , depressing MESS is right under the nose of Providence Mayor Elorza in City Hall. How out of touch can this " liberal " Democrat be ? Elsewhere Providence , Rhode Island is also a sordid nightmare. Does HUMAN DIGNITY matter here ?
