Oddly enough, the ART of teaching is the strong point of conservative thinkers concerned with public education . The ART of financing public education is quackery when left to the genius of FREE MARKET capitalism.
Daily the economic news reports that the American rich are getting richer in stock market wealth. But the states are all practicing AUSTERITY when it comes to social services and public education.
How many " progressive " Democrats even question the military budget ? NATIONAL SECURITY has nothing to do with taking the terror out of life for poor people and working class people and the homeless and the many " underprivileged " guests of the American Gulag prison system ?
