It certainly does seem like a RACIST police force, the storm troopers of a future FASCIST USA. But the CLASS roots of everyday police brutality - which involves much unreported police brutality against working class and poor whites -is the root of evil here.
The capitalist system needs a brutal police force as its first defense of PRIVATE PROPERTY right. If a crime against sacrosanct PRIVATE PROPERTY , against the BUSINESS class, is even suspected, the cop on the scene has a license to kill - even if a kid -black or white - robbed a gum ball machine in a shopping mall and ran away holding a cell phone to his ear.
THE LAW supports this police brutality . The esteemed YOUR HONORS are ALL pillars of American capitalism -from the Supreme Court down to dingy Traffic Court.
