Warwick woman, 76, charged with swiping $100 bill
Radio news this morning did not even mention the NAME of the flop house slum lord -one Dexter Jackson. If he had groped the female victim of the fire 20 years ago , we would know a lot more about him today. For the Providence Journal slumlords are more worthy of compassionate journalism.
