No doubt from a reserve army of petty bourgeois college graduates who took respectful notes while some professional enemy of " socialism " PROFESSOR gave soporific lectures ( while recommending a career in the military and the CIA ).
In a rational world national borders would be porous like the cell membrane in biology. There would be a natural " equilibrium " of people entering and leaving a country. No country under world socialism will be a neglected " s--t hole ".
