Medicaid recipients sue to block new work-requirement rules

I can imagine even an enlightened democratic socialist government compelling able bodied people to work in a system of socialized production. But here a CAPITALIST government would compel hapless individuals to work without forcing capitalists to hire them. The essence of an unemployment crisis under capitalism is that no business will hire an unemployed worker unless it is profitable to do so. MILLIONS of dollars of CAPITAL can just be horded until it can be successfully invested. This produced the horror known to history as The Great Depression . The USE value of human labor - the objective 
necessity that WORK needs to be done ( on the super-structure, for example ) is not a consideration .
