Truly Satanic hate is being unleashed. Oddly enough, the last chapter of the Lucretius Latin language classic " On the Nature of Things " is not about blissful materialism. It is about the horror of life during the plague that struck " democratic " Athens.
Ironically Lucretius ridiculed individuals driven mad by sexual passions.
Albert Camus concluded his novel " The Plague " with the happy thought that there is more to admire in men than to despise.
What coming " plague " will teach us that ? Or that blissful capitalism is forever?
