philosophy-delighted with this pope's scolding of global capitalism
values- I see his opposition to the death penalty-the shame of America-
as consistent with the Church's RIGHT TO LIFE position.
Republicans Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio- two Catholic presidential candidates are more in tune with Ayn Rand Thought than Catholic social philosophy.
Pope Francis also opposes the New Colonialism in the Middle East.I don't think he needs that Good Christian Donald Trump's hawkish protection from ISIS zealots.
" Thou shall not steal " is also Old Testament condemnation of the new Wall Street Robber Barons. It clearly points to the sins of the One Percent .
Too many neo-liberals have embraced the New Atheism. Their attitude is expressed by the Christopher Hitchens ' book : " God Is Not Great-- how religion poisons everything "
