The
whole basis for democratic socialism is the tremendous technical
advances of the last few centuries which make a GOOD-but sustainable-
life possible for all. The WE who " cannot afford everything" is the
U.S. Plutocracy, the favored ONE PERCENT. THEY reject health care as a
basic human right. They fund BOTH Democrats and Republicans subservient
to them.
The Bernie Sanders " political revolution " is at least in WORDS opposed to this economic DISORDER.
I still have a soft spot for Bill Clinton as I voted for him twice. I did see his impeachment as a reckless right wing conspiracy. But there has been too much LOSS for working class people in the last few decades. And global capitalism is also ruining the planet.
