Organized labor in the USA usually respects THE LAW -even when it is clearly written in the interests of the plutocracy. After all ,CIVILIZATION is based on the rule of LAW & ORDER .
I am not aware of ANY laws that say American labor unions cannot organize NON-CITIZENS of the United States - like Mexican migrant workers and " illegals " of all races and ethnic groups.
ORGANIZED LABOR in the United States needs to recover the fighting spirit of the old IWW - International Workers of the World . They must once again ORGANIZE THE UN-ORGANIZED .
Their 21st century unions will have an INTERNATIONAL base . Even deported workers will have UNION PROTECTION in their native country .
Even climate change has made rigid national borders at least problematic if still necessary .
What WE THE PEOPLE don't need is more stupid endless imperialist wars.
