The amassed wealth of the Catholic Church - that based on the generous MASS OFFERING of millions of humble Catholics - should be off limits for extravagant law suits. It is not fair to punish THE INNOCENT here - and deplete resources for numerous Catholic Charity organizations.
I have always been cynical about shyster lawyers and GUILT by allegation . Even grand juries can be bamboozled . Just WHO read and studied1,000,000 documents ?
ME-TOO -ism and WITCH HUNTING are a factor in this hysteria. After all Church" cover up " scandal is now old news .
So is mortal sin and Satanic evil. So is Catholic Church bashing .
For more than a decade Catholic Church officials have been honestly dealing with the crisis . I am not aware of ANY recent priest- child sex-abuse scandals.
I am sure the New Atheists would love to bankrupt the Catholic Church.
How much sex abuse is there in the American prison system , the American Gulag ? How much investigation is going on here ? How many unreported rapes in American prisons and juvenile detention centers ?
