What did not sway the election was wishful thinking on the part of Vladimir Putin that the Face of World War III not get elected President and Commander in Chief.
Did working class voters in the Rust Belt states need Vladimir Putin to remind them that " Hawk Hillary ", " Wall St. Hillary " was no " friend of labor " ? And now the party has degenerated into a neo-con War Party.
Not even " progressives " Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren can save the Democratic Party. " Identity politics " is a shabby substitute for " class struggle " politics.
At least Sanders and Warren could begin sounding like good , old fashioned " peaceniks " so despised in the Nixon era. And Bernie, defending Zionist Apartheid Israel is not a new beginning.
