  • There is ONLY a negative connotation for a Zionist Jew. Was Leon Trotsky a Zionist Jew ? During the McCarthy era very many " progressive " Jews belonged to the American Communist Party. They still remember the fate of the " traitor " Rosenbergs. It is not wise for American Jews to flirt with right wing patriotism in capitalist America.
