    The real question is the WHY of the Holocaust ? There are no events in human history that defy rational explanation. Hitler's early speeches associated German Jews with BOTH finance capital AND Marxist subversion. Quite a contradiction here. Hitler's own anti-Semitism has at least a hint of an explanation in his " Mein Kampf " ( particularly the chapter titled " My Vienna Days " ) . Should " Mein Kampf " also be banned ? It has been on public library shelves in the United States for years without turning any significant number of readers into foaming at the mouth anti-Semites. And yet this " odious Marxism " offers the best explanation for the rise of fascism.
