We need more PRO-ACTIVE social workers in Rhode Island

There is definitely a need in Rhode Island for more dedicated -and BRAVE - social workers. Why so much scandal connected to our DCYF ? It takes exquisite social and psychological skills to deal with such troubled , disturbed individuals. They should always have backup protection when entering these dangerous group homes. And , of course, they should all be very well paid - and the state must train more of them. I hope that social worker is OK soon. Also , there should be more PRO-ACTIVE social workers dealing with homeless people and even the increasingly needy and helpless aged people in Rhode Island Public Housing.
