Could a benign form of FASCISM actually solve some social justice problems in the United States ? How long can any society put up with the INTOLERABLE ?

The democratic socialist SOLUTION to the growing violent anarchy of inner city youth and even the homeless in a sad way might resemble the classic FASCIST solution. LAW & ORDER- the foundation of CIVILIZATION and without which no social justice goals are even achievable - demands an AUTHORITARIAN method of correcting the chaos. Unemployed youth not in high school or college should be subjected to a SOCIAL SERVICE DRAFT . And a law should be passed against chronic homelessness. In so many words , SOCIETY has a right to tell young people, and the LIVING DEAD older people, that they have no constitutional right to rot alive while they have so much divine potential. You cannot guarantee a right to a job - a right to a useful place in society - and a right to a home, without seriously checking landlord -capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY tights. Putting aside the Nazi Germany nightmare experience , it does makes sense that the STATE must control the capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY and not capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY control the STATE. The difference between fascism and socialism , democratic or bureaucratic , is that fascism allows the capitalist system to exist but severely checked. Any real form of SOCIALISM simply abolishes capitalist-landlord PRIVATE PROPERTY. Could a more benign form of " fascism " -if genuine public opinion really objects to draconian SOCIALISM - actually solve these serious social problems in the United States ? How long can ANY society put up with the INTOLERABLE ?
