They are already over-stimulated by a hyper-sexual entertainment industry. I suspect the old pre-Vatican II Catholic Baltimore Catechism is better guide to life and love than this bold , " grooming " ( ? ) trash ? But how many books of high literary quality are already conspicuously absent from YOUNG ADULT book shelves in our public libraries ? Why , for example , should Mark Twain's classic " growing up " in the Old South book , " Huckleberry Finn " be off limits for high school students ?
