We still need public pay phones !

 


I do appreciate the renovated PROVIDENCE PUBLIC LIBRARY . But is it not only courteous to have a sign warning a caller that this seemingly new public pay phone is OUT OF SERVICE ? Last week a staff member at the front desk kindly returned my lost two quarters.
WE STILL NEED PUBLIC PAY PHONES !
