Who are these people so passionate about erasing important individuals - if not themselves SAINTS - from OUR history ? How can OUR history be separated from " OUR democracy " ?
The hard core of the WOKE movement consists of " progressive " Democrats who would re-define " democracy " as having nothing to do with the fundamental principle of MAJORITY RULE.
Could there possibly be ANY traditional Catholics or Christians active in this group ? Just WHO is determined to MARGINALIZE most Catholics and Protestants in this country ? Would they like to see the USA come to resemble the old departed OFFICIALLY ATHEIST Soviet Union with its malevolent contempt for the FREE SPEECH , FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Civilization ? Turning the socialist ideal into a totalitarian nightmare ?
Recall how disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein urged a worshipful audience to " learn from the Mafia " ?
