Way back on June 2, 1971 my old friend Ron Marshall had a letter published in the Providence Journal protesting the Vietnam War . He understood the role " Red-baiting " played in smearing the anti-war movement . I was only able to retrieve a segment of his letter from my PROVIDENCE JOURNAL archive search . What is offered now is a big improvement over a non-indexed microfilm search . I just discovered this PROJO resource on-line .
