Subject: Why no reporter e-mails for PROJO on line articles ?

Will the editors of the Providence Journal please explain how they differ even from the old Kremlin on " free speech " concerns ? I was interested in the on line article " Dan Doyle on life in prison " by Kate Mulvaney . I wanted to send a COMMENT to her . I then checked other on line articles - no reporter e-mail addresses.
Does the Providence Journal now want to quarantine their " help " from low life influences ?
