We were reading about the homeless problem in America early in the Reagan era - when the American ruling class began a COLD WAR against the poor. What keeps poor homeless people homeless ? The PRIVATE PROPERTY rights of the rich. It is that simple. The ruling class believes that it is better -more just- for a million homeless people to die in despair than that one of the ONE PERCENT has his or her property rights violated.
