But WHY is the State of Rhode Island " dumping " these sad individuals in every public library I visit ? Last I week the Cranston Public Library was literally packed with mentally challenged kids. What is " therapeutic " about their library visits. And what about the rights of regular patrons for a QUIET STUDY PLACE in a public library ?
I suspect that the State cares no more about these kids than it does about homeless adults .
