Born July 26 1947 , I do remember the ZEITGEIST of the 1950s. The photogenic pictures here are selective but not too misleading. They seem right out of LIFE MAGAZINE .There was back then " The Other America ". Compared to today it must seem like PARADISE even to now OLD working class Americans. In moderate doses NOSTALGIA is therapeutic. A general TRUTH : Being YOUNG is just a happy moment in TIME. True also for a still YOUNG nation ? We must cherish our precious young people today . THEY are the future !
