How the proposed Tenants Bill of Rights could impact RI renters

When lawyer reformer Ralph Nader was a young student at Harvard Law School he was struck by the fact that there was no legal concept back then of TENANT rights ( a biography reports ). No surprise to any democratic socialist today as Harvard University is still devoted to mass producing professional enemies of the working class ( Nader fell through the cracks ) . Clarence Darrow types are rare in the Ivy League .. We are also not surprised that no " progressive " Democrats are calling for RENT CONTROL. And the state bureaucrats assigned to deal with the homeless crisis never think outside the stultifying box of landlord-capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY rights. Also ,the migrant homeless crisis, daily in the news, can only be " solved " by a CONTINENTAL government -not by squabbling decidedly UNEQUAL nation states. In a universe where everything changes even proud , arrogant NATION-STATES come and go.
