A future democratic socialist government of the United States will seize all the wealth of ALL the plutocrats. But this at least sets a precedent in bourgeois LAW . As Karl Marx pointed out way back in 1848 THE LAW is never above capitalist politics . The JUST JUDGES invariably serve one sector of the plutocracy or another. Never THE PEOPLE !
There is now a profound crisis of the TWO PARTY SYSTEM in " OUR democracy ". The complete meltdown is only months away on Election Day 2024.
