What is really going on here is an ideological- sometimes physical brawl ( like Jan.6th )- within the American ruling class. There is a crisis of the capitalist TWO PARTY SYSTEM . As Ralph Nader pointed out years ago, and any number of marginalized third parties, both major parties serve the plutocracy with sometimes sharp conflicts over tactics and pro-imperialist , pro-capitalist strategy. Both parties for decades now have slobbered over " OUR special relationship with Israel ". The WOKE WARRIOR Democratic Party now even scorns a fundamental principle even of bourgeois democracy - the concept ,if not the reality, of MAJORITY RULE. In their hearts and minds do working class , mostly CHRISTIAN, Americans vote APPROVE for most identity politics nonsense like " Critical Race Theory " ? Do " liberal " Democrats ever apply it to APARTHEID Israel ? " OUR democracy " as such we recommend to the benighted ( ? ) world ? What more can they want than a Trump vs. Biden type political system ? What more can WE THE PEOPLE want ? A Congress and a Senate and a Supreme Court so much like our own in the year 2024 ! We can imagine out of power Joe Biden and Donald Trump, and Hillary and Bill Clinton ,and Barack and Michele Obama reforming a POST-PUTIN Russia ? The beginning of a New American Century ?
