RIPTA CEO Scott Avedesian incompetent ( if not an embezzler of federal money ) State Senator Dominick Ruggerio right about this guy !

I agree completely with State Senator Ruggerio that the present head of RIPTA is just plain incompetent ( if not an embezzler of Federal money ) . Cannot the RIPTA management show enough respect for regular RIPTA riders to keep Kennedy Plaza half decent CLEAN ? All the accumulated filth and cigarette butts NEVER picked up ? Homeless people ignored while sleeping inside a bus shelter - most of them a shattered glass ruin . Also, you cannot even get a printed bus schedule for any route from RIPTA anymore . And you need the exact change for the bus before boarding . They no longer give out CHANGE cards. But nice of them to leave the public rest rooms open now and then in Kennedy Plaza. Also, a RIPTA bus is no sure bet to be on time lately -or even to show up ( like RIPTA bus 30 ) .
