Our over praised " free " capitalist system is challenged to find - not decent HOMES - but just presentable shelters for a few hundred individuals ?
Our over praised " free " capitalist system is challenged to find - not decent HOMES - but just presentable shelters for a few hundred individuals ? What percentage of the population of Rhode Island ? A democratic socialist government in Rhode Island would simply commandeer ready to convert capitalist-landlord PRIVATE PROPERTY . NOT the homeless people would be threatened with jail !
