The state bureaucrats would just like to make the homeless people less visible
The homeless in Rhode Island will soon be pitching their tents in the area set aside for that FIELD OF DREAMS soccer stadium. The state bureaucrats would just like to make the homeless people less visible and therefore less EMBARRASSING to their " system ". Collectively the homeless pose a threat to capitalist-landlord PRIVATE PROPERTY rights. The most theatrical compassionate " progressive " Democratic Party connected activists for the homeless don't dare mention this . Still , where do all those MILLIONS of DOLLARS go ?
