My experience with the State of Rhode Island is that their entrenched bureaucrats can be remarkably obtuse
After emergency surgery at Rhode Island Hospital a few months ago ( covered mostly by MEDICARE ) I was APPROVED for Rhode Island MEDICAID and recently received their white card. Am I affected ? I am still getting hospital bills and doctor bills in the mail almost every day . My experience with the State of Rhode Island is that their entrenched top bureaucrats can be remarkably obtuse. How many of these 25, 000 people will be brainlessly and heartlessly and NEGLIGENTLY kicked off the program ?
