Ivy League educated Rhode Island politicians make no reference to the irrational side of the CAPITALIST SYSTEM

As a longtime independent democratic socialist I continue to be amazed how Ivy League educated Rhode Island politicians talk about our BIG PROBLEMS - from homelessness to decaying public schools to crime in the city- with no reference to the irrational side of the CAPITALIST SYSTEM. 100 years ago - in the era of Eugene V. Debs - there was a vibrant socialist movement in the USA. Hard to believe that the TWO PARTY SYSTEM shows the real face of America in 2022. And why should anybody be a SOCIALIST when we have our oh-so-progressive- now very WOKE -Democratic Party. Is not President Joe Biden, after all, the ideal SOCIALIST leader ? Ask " socialist " Bernie Sanders !
