As Rhode Island's Housing CZAR this Josh Saal is a joke !
The oh so progressive and WOKE Rhode Island Democratic Party could find no better person for the role of Housing CZAR than this Josh Saal- in the past week daily bashed and ridiculed on 630 WPRO talk ( especially by passionate Tara ) ?
A Housing CZAR should not be obtuse on the immediate need to shelter homeless people now freezing in tents at the Rhode Island State House or homeless people barely " surviving " in tents or in cars anywhere in the state.
We do need more PRO-ACTIVE empathetic social workers to help the homeless people here without humiliating them.
FOR PROFIT capitalism will just let them all die homeless !
