The problem cannot and will not be solved as long as LAND LORD PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS are sacrosanct in the United States. In fact, this pseudo- FAR LEFT attached to the Democratic Party rarely even suggests RENT CONTROL. Also, the essentially FOR PROFIT health care system in capitalist America is making life hell for millions of working class Americans ( not much better for the FREE FALLING middle class ! ) .
