I think the judge here has been utterly stupefied by POLITICAL CORRECTNESS . In no way did this WOMAN constitute a physical threat to a MAN and his family. The FREE SPEECH , FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Civilization leaves the SOUL of a human being alone . It does not invent a THOUGHT CRIME category . How many people of all races and ethnic groups in the United States would have JAIL RECORDS if so many hot air -often booze inspired- thuggish COMMENTS were deemed HATE SPEECH by the New Puritan Judges who have no problem with the INCURABLE inequality of the capitalist economic and political system ?
