" The Arrogance of Power " speaks. President Donald Trump is just saying- the -thinking of top military generals who think - with CRACKPOT REALISM " ( C. Wright Mills phrase in " The Power Elite " )- that nuclear war is not unthinkable and not unwinnable.

The so called " international community " should be calling for ALL nations with these END -OF WORLD nuclear weapons to talk seriously about disarmament .

The United States is the ONLY nation to actually use these nuclear weapons in war - with tens of thousands of innocent civilians killed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945.

Don't expect any anti-war " pacifist " talk from the Democrats - now a neo-con war party.

The US military wants to spend a trillion dollars to update their nuclear missile system. At home , of course, the plutocracy rules and there is no glorious " democracy " to defend.

There is no support from the American working class for a belligerent foreign policy- certainly not nuclear World War III.

With his latest bellicose WORDS for North Korea President Trump reminded me of the Greg Stillson character ( played by liberal Martin Sheen ) elected US president in a psychic " vision " in the Stephen King horror movie " The Dead Zone ".
