A democratic socialist government in the United States would , of course, inform ALL lottery winners - the New Millionaires - to report immediately to the SOCIALIST Internal Revenue Office . A general policy of 100 percent tax on ALL unearned income will be enforced . The recalcitrant " winners " can choose prison or state welfare checks.
