What can Hillary do for black people that Obama could not do ?

If a black president- after eight years in office- with the most " good will " in the world toward people of color, could not significantly improve the lives of working class black Americans, how can black voters imagine that " Wall St. Hillary " Clinton will make much difference ?

    If the economic problem is " systemic " for poor blacks in this country , then it is also systemic for millions of " underprivileged " white people.

        " Socialist " Democrat Bernie Sanders had a more lucid message( Like that of Pope Francis, critical of capitalism) for ALL working class Americans than the shallow " identity politics " of Hillary Clinton.

        Conservative thinkers often give good advice on personal conduct. It is wise to act as if you are master of your own fate - even when you are not. True, often enough " reform " begins with yourself. I recall that Malcolm X learned that lesson, rising above the nowhere , small time criminal life . But also rising above capitalist inspired " individualism ".
