This shyster judge , Lewis Kaplan, was the legal champion for some Big Tobacco court room cases - if I read this report correctly . An honest fella ? No sane legal system would allow anybody to become filthy rich over real or imagined defamation . The LOSS OF PROFIT will not even be considered in a democratic socialist society - which will also CANCEL all lottery winnings .
