I have yet to read any Marxist socialist analysis of the Jewish " working class " in Israel . Can they not be correctly compared to the white settler class in South Africa- completely corrupted by Apartheid white racism ?
I do think that the American Zionists and the secular Zionists leadership of Israel are actually beginning to identify with White Supremacy.
If there are so few anti-Zionist Jews willing to speak out against the very anti-thesis of " democracy " in Israel , then this suggests a comparison with Nazi era spiritual and intellectual decadence.
As a whole the Italian " soul " has no affinity with fascist authoritarianism. Italy is so famous for art , literature, and music. And great art is always revolutionary. Just study the post-war Italian cinema: the " new realism ". It is haunted by the " specter of communism " and always faithfully pictures the misery of the common people. I recall " Umberto D " and " The Bicycle Thief ".
The Fellini films always mocked the pompous ass politico as well as the barely tolerated Holy Mother Church ( when it got too cozy with the state ).
FASCISM always has its roots in the crazed and ruined petty-bourgeoisie . They invariably grovel to those above them in the capitalist social order and spit on those perceived as below them- the perfect storm troopers !
