On the Left myself what I said about conservative Catholic Judge Brett Kavanaugh applies to ANY male- even the popular astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson : no man's career should be ruined by HE SAYS, SHE SAYS social gossip.
Tyson lost points with me when he joined the obnoxious New Atheist clique and ridiculed religious faith -even mocked the Catholic belief in the Holy Eucharist.
At the same time he writes a book glorifying SCIENCE in the service of the military industrial complex. Unlike his " mentor " ( ? ) Carl Sagan ,Tyson has a very weak social conscience. On the road he comes across as a make-a-buck CHARLATAN of " science ".
It does take a little humility at least to consider the existence of a Supreme Being and to respect the vast majority of humanity who never stop believing in HIM ( I understand the Holy Ghost in Catholic theology is gender neutral ) .
And what did Neil DeGrasse Tyson ACHIEVE as a scientist ? He bullied poor Pluto out of the Sun's family !
