At some point these phony pseudo-Left mis-leaders will not even pretend to be the voice of the working class. Like Senator Elizabeth Warren, Democrat USA, crying : " Save the middle class ! ".
A short cut to sizing up an individual politician's CLASS loyalty is seeing just WHO he or she wines and dines with. SNOBS never made good socialists. Who is on top of their organization ? Invariably the couple ( partners in crime ?) with biggest mansion in an upscale neighborhood.
The real working class heroes are either in some dreary prison or barely surviving in cut-above slum housing. Or begging -and deserving- more funds, like the World Socialist Web Site.
I do recall reading that Lenin's " secret " to the conquest of power was just seeing life from the perspective of most oppressed . And Jack London's " People of the Abyss ".
