The American socialist Eugene V. Debs opposed the First World War . Said Debs , " the only just war is class war ". Debs had no use for " progressive " Democrats .
Take a poll : ANY enthusiasm for the New Colonialism among the common people of the United States ? When was the last time Imperial America WON a war ?
