War is a function of society's ruling class.The only people in OUR democracy really feeling punitive wrath toward Russia and its leader Vladimir Putin are American plutocracy insiders.They hope enough young and healthy and ignorant USA citizens can be recruited and amassed as cannon fodder for nuclear World War III.
