This was the USUAL filthy scene as I walked through Kennedy Plaza in Providence, Rhode Island this morning( May 6, 2023 ) on my way from the Providence Public Library where I presently write this FACEBOOK post. This depressing dump is now right under the nose of the new mayor of Providence , Mr. Smiley .
