Rhode Island Housing CZAR Josh Saal is like Benjamin Netanyahu naming himself Housing CZAR for the dispossessed and oppressed Palestinians
Josh Saal is too embedded in Gina Raimondo's ELITE circles to have any empathy for homeless people in Rhode Island. Also add personal incompetence and a lack of the more plebian COMMON SENSE useful even in ordinarily corrupt Rhode Island politics.
Did this charlatan just get a raise ? For what ?
