Apart from these homeless people, there are many millions of seniors living solely on Social Security checks. And strange but even 1400 dollars will not get these homeless people off the streets. The reason is simply the capitalist system and landlord private property rights. None of the so-called socialists in the Democratic Party dare to attack the capitalist system itself. And how insane that the head of the Social Security Administration should be a follower of Ayn Rand . I have signed an online petition calling for the resignation of Andrew Saul- a very conservative Republican friend of the rich.How can you be a great friend of the rich without being an enemy of the poor? President Joe Biden keeps this guy as head of the SSA?
